Refund policy

At Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio, every artwork is created with care and shipped with the utmost attention to quality. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Original Paintings All original paintings are final sale and non-returnable. As one-of-a-kind works of art, they cannot be exchanged or refunded unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Prints & Reproductions Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unframed, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sathyanprabhu@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Custom Commissions Commission orders are non-refundable once work has commenced. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any commissioned piece.
Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
International Orders Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping charges are non-refundable.
