Dispatch Timeline All artworks are carefully prepared and dispatched within 7–15 business days of confirmed payment. Custom commissions and framed works may require additional time; you will be notified of the estimated dispatch date at the time of order confirmation.

Packaging Unframed canvas paintings are shipped rolled in acid-free tissue and placed in heavy-duty cylindrical tubes for safe transit. Framed works are shipped in custom-built wooden crates with foam padding. Every package includes a certificate of authenticity and care instructions.

Shipping Within India

  • Carrier: Shiprocket / DTDC / Delhivery / India Post
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking number provided for all orders
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹10,000
  • Orders below ₹10,000: shipping calculated at checkout

International Shipping

  • Carrier:  FedEx International / Aramex
  • Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance
  • Tracking number provided for all orders
  • International shipping charges calculated at checkout based on destination and artwork dimensions/weight

Customs, Duties & Taxes International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in the artwork price or shipping fee and are collected by the destination country's customs authority. Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Rolled vs. Framed Shipping Large-format paintings are shipped rolled by default to minimise transit risk and cost. Framed shipping is available upon request at additional cost — please contact us before placing your order to discuss options.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Damaged in Transit If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sathyanprabhu@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
