Terms & Conditions 

  • The price of the artwork listed on the website included taxes but does not include duties, shipping, handling, insurance, or any other applicable charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
  • All artworks made available for sale on the website will be sold at the listed price. Any promotional offers or discounts, if applicable, will be communicated separately at the sole discretion of Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio.
  • The buyer agrees to be fully responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, import charges, or other levies that may be applicable in connection with the purchase and delivery of the artwork.
  • Placing an order with Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio constitutes an irrevocable offer to purchase the artwork. Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio and may be cancelled in the event of artwork unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Artworks will be shipped or delivered only after full payment has been received and all necessary documentation relating to transportation, taxation, customs clearance, or regulatory requirements has been completed by the buyer, if requested.
  • Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio shall not be liable for any customs duties, taxes, fees, inspections, storage charges, or other costs imposed by authorities or third parties at the destination, whether within India or internationally.
  • All sales are conducted on the basis of 100% advance payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Unframed canvas paintings may be shipped in rolled form using protective packaging and sturdy cylinders to ensure safe transportation. While every reasonable precaution is taken during packaging and dispatch, Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio cannot guarantee against damage caused during transit by third-party carriers. Framing and mounted shipping options may be available upon request and at additional cost.
  • Dispatch of purchased artworks will normally be completed within fifteen (15) business days from the confirmed receipt of full payment.
  • Every effort is made to accurately represent the colours, textures, and appearance of artworks displayed on the website. However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and display devices, slight variations in colour, shade, or appearance may occur. Such variations shall not be considered defects, and no claims or complaints in this regard will be entertained.
  • Unless specifically stated otherwise, all artworks sold through Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio are represented as original works of art and are certified in good faith. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio shall not be liable for any claim arising from information later discovered regarding the provenance, authorship, or originality of a work, except where required by applicable law.
  • Manual Orders and Payment Security
  • For manual orders, buyers are advised to make payments only to payment links, contact numbers, or other payment instructions officially communicated through the website or authorised representatives of Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio.
  • Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio will never request payment through unofficial communication channels. Buyers are advised to remain vigilant against fraudulent emails, phone calls, messages, or payment requests from unauthorised sources.
  • Once an order has been confirmed, the buyer must complete payment for the artwork and any additional applicable charges, including shipping, handling, insurance, duties, and taxes, within seven (7) working days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If payment is not received within the specified period, Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice and make the artwork available for sale to other buyers.
  • Returns and Cancellations : Due to the unique nature of original artworks, all sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded after confirmation and payment, except where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio. 
  • Limitation of Liability : To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sathya N Prabhu Art Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, ownership, or use of any artwork purchased through the website.
